Brett Manning
Founder, Architect

As an entrepreneur, baseball instructor and mental performance coach, I am driven on a daily basis to enhance the lives of my clients by helping them navigate to a higher level of self-awareness. My guidance and tools lead others to clarify (1) who they are, (2) where they want to go and (3) how they are going to get there. I practice the self-awareness and mental performance tools I teach in my own daily life. I strive to simplify my messages and use applicable, manageable, and practical methods to create lasting change with my clients.

I challenge my clients to think deeply about the questions I ask, answering beyond short, easy responses. One of the best parts of working together is actually taking an intentional break from the craziness of life to self-reflect and identify exactly what you want in life and enjoy the journey more along the way.

When I see my clients grow personally and confidently, working toward mastering their craft, it reinforces my own commitment to living on purpose.

I truly believe that…“Greatness is not given. It is earned through a purposefully executed daily grind.”

Leslie Herrmann
Founder, Catalyst

As an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, consultant, mentor and catalyst I intentionally dedicate my life to empower people to make choices that strengthen their lives. I specialize in helping hopeful, ambitious individuals outline and accomplish their ongoing purpose, vision, and goals with fresh, invigorating perspective.

I authored and began teaching the NextStep curriculum on baseball fields across the country with my first company NextStep Baseball, which I launched after working 6 years directly in the sport. As I coached my clients to trust themselves, build strong character, lead demonstratively and intentionally craft their personal brands - positive, powerful, and visible responses ensued. NextStep Baseball continues to grow and is still at the heart of my vocation.

Now, executives influenced by the change in the athletes and coaches I have worked with ask me to share the same "secrets" to personal excitement, achievement, and success with NextStep Elite. Though I do not consider the principles embodied by NextStep to be "secrets," I willingly partner with businesses and people to share why we do what we do and effectively communicate our methodical, efficient way for how we do it.

Most recently, I have teamed up with Brett to introduce these same principles to teens in an approachable, fun way that sparks ownership, innovation and creativity at the most impressionable phase of life. Working with teens is quite possibly my most fun and rewarding venture so far.
